Assignment #4: Exposure Compensation - Aperture
1. Find three objects and place them in a grouping.
2. Find a “natural scene” that catches your eye. With an object, or person, in the scene that you would like to place the focus on.
3. Upload all images to your H: drive.
4. Write a brief 50 word summary describing what you noticed. You may wish to describe the use of Aperture Values, to describe your choice of subjects/scenes for part 2. This should be posted to your blog along with a photograph you took.
5. Overall Marks:
- Set your aperture to a “Large Aperture” (small f-stop number – large hole)
- Take three photographs of the objects. Each time placing your point of focus on a different object.
You should have an effect similar to the example I showed you with the three mugs.

- Create a new folder titled “May29_Aperture_Mini”
- Create 2 folders within this one: “Originals” and “Edited”
- Upload your new photos the “Originals” folder within a new folder
